At first you might think oh wow its Nike foot print shaped waffles. The reality is food is so scarce in China that they are battering and frying the soles from defect pairs of shoes.

I like to think when it comes to food I’m adventurous, but China constantly reminds me that I’m not. Any culture that eats dog penis like it’s a miracle cure for impotence is more adventurous than I will ever be.
