What a diabetic nightmare. The only way to eat it is with a nice dose of insulin to chase it. Next they should cover it in Nutella to really spike that sugar level in to coma causing levels.

Diabetics beware if the sugar of this sundae doesn’t take you out the puppy face will. It would be hard to even attack this one though because even it has sad puppy eyes.
